A brilliant resource for students with intellectual disability and autism, who are also non verbal, to learn about parts of their body to keep them healthy and safe.

Our daughter was very curious and was asking about pictures, this gave us a nice intro and gave her clear specific information appropriate to her age.

Reading "explaining sexual intercourse" gave me the piece of mind and back up I needed, reinforcing what I knew and offering precious new knowledge, in order for me to feel more confident and as ready as possible for whenever the time comes for educating my child on the matter.

Worrying Sexual Behaviours

I absolutely love this. This has helped me talk to my young children about different body parts, it also opens up conversation about body types. Everyone is different and I want my kids to know that! I definitely plan to purchase more in the future to help me as my kids grow.

I got Worrying Sexual Behaviors because a friend of mine was having issues with her children and I was doing some research to help her. Not only did this help her maneuver this very tricky situation from start to finish in the most healthy way possible, I learned so much right along with her and am so thankful that this exists. We live in America where information like this is hard to come by. I am so incredibly thankful to have access to all of the material on Sex Ed Shop. My daughters and I are so comfortable discussing anything and everything, I cannot begin to explain how important this is when you are a parent trying to break generational cycles. This course is very direct and makes it easy to know what to look for and what to do. Cath breaks down everything into age appropriate behaviours which reduces the stress of feeling isolated, alone and unsure.

This has been a great resource so far - reading it has given me more confidence in the way I am already opening conversations with my kids and giving me more information and ideas to further those conversations.

In our days, kids are exposed to different sources where they can learn about sex. This has been a real concern for me as a mom. I want to instill in my kids my family's values when it comes to sex! As a parent, we need to be clear about what are our culture's in general and family's in particular sexual values and beliefs. Thanks Cath, this has been amazing!

I grew up in a conservative home and my sex education was abstinence-only, catholic school education. I knew I wanted to do better by my kids but didn't know where or how to start. Cath broke it down into step-by-step instructions that eased my need to deep dive into researching the healthiest way to approach the subject of sex. She did all the hard work for me! She provides different prompt recommendation depending on your family's values which I really appreciate. I didn't have any examples of a healthy conversation growing up but Cath gives excellent suggestions to get you started - no matter how much or little you want to share. I ended this course feeling relieved, directed and confident that my kids will have a healthier relationship with sex than I ever did. It is a must have, first step for any adult looking to do better!

I've been following and reading a lot about how to better educate my kids about sex and everything that goes into it. I love the approach, the simplicity it brings to having these conversations and adds a layer of comfort for me too.

Consent is a topic very rarely discussed everywhere. I am glad I have these materials in hand to guide my own kids and the kids I am responsible of at work through positive values, shape them into good human beings, true to themselves, respectful and considerate of others.

I really appreciated how the topics were broken down to simplify sensitive topics for kids. It made it manageable with a topic that can be uncomfortable.

Just what I needed to start bringing in rules on iPad time! The kids have enjoyed the colouring in and we did talk whilst they did it. and I love how you can create a little book to read at their bedtime!

This easy to use book is so helpful. It's sometimes hard to know what is age appropriate information or what to say on the spot. I find her examples so helpful in curating responses to other random questions but also how to incorporate in your every day life. It's not a one time conversation. Thank you Cath.
