I have a question before I buy something in the shop

Once you’ve decided to buy something we understand it can be frustrating to have issues completing your purchase. Issues at checkout can be very specific to the customer and the device you’re using. What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout there are two payment options, Paypal or Credit Card payment (which is processed through Shopify).

How will this transaction appear on my bank or credit card statement?

Your purchase will be 100% private. It will show on your statement as a payment to Cath Hakanson (not Sex Ed Rescue or the Sex Ed Shop).

Do you ship internationally?

The Sex Ed Shop does not sell physical products, whcih means we don't ship anything.

If you buy a Paperback book from Lulu, then they do ship all over the world.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We only sell digital products which are immediately delivered to you on payment.

Do you offer refunds?

We have a NO-RISK 30-DAY GUARANTEE.

If after using any of my resources you don’t feel you’re in a better position to talk to your child about the relevant topic, email me and I’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Where do I access my new digital product? OR I didn't receive email instructions.

If you have not received an email containing a link to your digital purchase from SexEdShop.com and/or SexEdRescue.com in relation to your order, please check your spam/junk folder (If you’re using Gmail, you may need to look under the Updates tab). Otherwise, to access your download or course, you need to log in to your My Account area on this site. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Click ‘Login’ at the top of any page (mobile users will find the link in the menu), or visit sexedshop.com/account/.
  • Your username is likely to be the email address you entered when you ordered and you also chose a password with your order.
  • If you have forgotten your login details, please reset your password.
  • Once you have logged in you will be in the “My Account” area and you will see the link for you DOWNLOADS.

My order hasn't arrived. How can I check?

The most common reason for not receiving an email is because the incorrect email address was provided or it was sent to your PayPal email address.

Please send me a message using the 'Message me' button in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Using this means my reply won't end up in your spam folder (this is the downside of having the word 'sex' in my email address).

What if I don't like this product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
