Keep your kids safe online without nagging, guesswork, or tech overwhelm

You didn’t grow up with the internet in your pocket.
No Snapchat, no Roblox, no “accidentally stumbling” onto porn at age nine.

For you, childhood safety meant bike helmets, car seats, and looking both ways before crossing the street.

But now?
You’re raising kids in a world where “stranger danger” can pop up in an online game, and even an innocent search can pull up things you wish they’d never seen.

And here’s the tricky bit: you’re the first generation of parents who has ever had to figure this out.
No one showed you how to set screen rules or have calm conversations about online porn — because our parents never had to.

So if you feel awkward, behind, or overwhelmed… it’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because you’re pioneering.

Meet the Screen Smart Family Bundle

I created this bundle to make internet safety easier for families — without overwhelm, awkwardness, or second-guessing.

It brings together four practical, ready-to-use resources that work together to cover all the big online safety gaps:

  • Tech Check Workbook – A step-by-step guide to secure your devices, block risky content, and take the stress out of settings.
  • Online Safety Activity Book – Sit down with your child and explore 19 simple rules together through age-appropriate stories, questions, and activities.
  • Internet Safety Rules Poster Set – Pop it on the fridge, by the family computer, or the back of the bathroom door so you’re not repeating yourself 100 times a day.
  • Porn Proof Your Family Workbook – Learn how to set values-based boundaries and talk about porn as a safety issue before your child stumbles across it.

With these tools, you’ll finally feel confident guiding your child through the digital world — no tech degree required.

Why this bundle matters

The truth is, internet safety doesn’t have to be complicated.

It’s not about mastering every app, becoming a tech expert, or finding the “perfect” parental control.
It’s about a few clear rules, repeated often — rules that your child can understand, remember, and practice.

Just like learning to wear a bike helmet or buckle a seatbelt, kids can learn safe habits online.
And that’s exactly what the Screen Smart Family Bundle is here to help you do.

What’s inside the bundle

You’ll get four practical, ready-to-use resources that take you from stuck and second-guessing to calm and confident:

🖥 Tech Check Workbook

Most parents mean to “lock things down” but get lost in settings or forget which devices are covered.
This workbook walks you step-by-step through securing your family’s tech — laptops, tablets, phones, gaming consoles, and even smart TVs.
You’ll know exactly what to do, without the overwhelm of endless options.

By the end, you’ll:

  • Feel confident your devices are set up to protect your child.
  • Know which settings matter most (and which don’t).
  • Have a simple record of what’s secured — so you’re not second-guessing later.

📝 Online Safety Activity Book

Kids don’t learn by lectures — they learn by doing.
This printable activity book gives you 19 simple online safety rules, each paired with a short story, question, or colouring activity.
It’s designed to spark natural conversations about what’s safe and unsafe online, in language your child understands.

With this book, you’ll:

  • Teach your child what to do if something online feels confusing or scary.
  • Practice safe habits together in a fun, hands-on way.
  • Build their confidence to come to you when they need help.

📌 Internet Safety Rules Poster Set

Tired of sounding like a broken record?
These illustrated posters keep the rules clear and visible, so you don’t have to keep reminding (or nagging).
Pop them on the fridge, by the family computer, or even the back of the bathroom door — wherever your child will see them most.

The posters help you:

  • Make family internet rules consistent and easy to remember.
  • Reinforce safety habits without repeating yourself 100 times.
  • Give kids a quick visual cue for what’s OK and what’s not.

🚦 Porn Proof Your Family Workbook

Kids are curious — and online, answers aren’t always healthy or safe.
This workbook helps you set family boundaries and explain why porn isn’t for kids — without shame or awkwardness.
It gives you simple scripts and strategies so your child knows exactly what to do if they come across porn (or if a friend shows it to them).

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Step-by-step guidance for your first porn conversation.
  • Age-appropriate language that keeps the focus on safety.
  • Clear boundaries your child can understand and respect.

How this bundle helps in real life

  • No more nagging — the rules are visible, consistent, and family-wide.
  • No more second-guessing — you’ll know exactly what to say and do.
  • No more overwhelm — each tool is simple, printable, and practical.

Instead of dreading online safety talks, you’ll finally feel like the confident guide your child needs — and your kids will know they can come to you when something goes wrong.

Because this bundle isn’t just about keeping them safe.
It’s about raising kids who can navigate their online world with confidence, and who trust you enough to ask for help when they need it.

Age

FAQ

Guarantee

Suitable for parents of children aged between 3 to 11 years.

What age is this bundle best for?
The resources are designed for families with children aged 5–12. Younger children will enjoy the activity book and posters, while older kids will benefit from the safety conversations and the Porn Proof workbook.

Do I need to be good with technology to use this?
Not at all. The Tech Check Workbook is step-by-step and written for parents who don’t feel tech-savvy. You’ll only do the basics that really matter — no confusing jargon, no endless menus.

Is this suitable for all families?
Yes. Everything is inclusive of different genders, bodies, and family structures. You’ll find scripts and activities you can easily adapt to your own values and household rules.

Can I use the same bundle with more than one child?
Absolutely. The posters and activity book can be reprinted as many times as you need, and the workbooks can guide separate conversations with each child at their own stage.

What format will I get the resources in?
Each resource is digital. You’ll get instant access after purchase — so you can download, print, and start using them right away.

How is this different from just using parental controls?
Controls are helpful, but they’re not foolproof. This bundle goes further by teaching your child the skills and safety habits they need to navigate the online world with confidence — even when controls aren’t there.

What if I don’t feel ready to talk about porn yet?
That’s completely normal — many parents feel the same. The Porn Proof Your Family Workbook doesn’t push you into a big sit-down chat before you’re ready. Instead, it helps you set simple safety rules now and gives you words to use when the moment naturally comes up. You stay in control of the timing.

What if my child isn’t ready for these conversations?
The bundle is designed to be age-appropriate and flexible. You can start with the posters and activity book to lay down basic safety habits, and then move on to trickier topics (like porn) when your child is older. Think of it as building blocks — you add what’s right, when it’s right for your child.

A lifesaver!

Just what I needed to start bringing in rules on iPad time! The kids have enjoyed the colouring in and we did talk whilst they did it. and I love how you can create a little book to read at their bedtime!

Internet Safety Rules

As always Cath is a life/time saver. I was thinking I needed to come up with something regarding internet safety that outlined our family rules. I opened my inbox and Cath had shared a new resource about this very subject. It was just what I was looking for but saved me time and energy. I like how she offers the resource for different age groups (readers and non readers). Thank you once again.

It is already taped to the fridge door!

This is perfect timing as I found some photos on my daughter's iPad of her private parts! So this will help me to teach her what our family rules are. We have already printed out the little book, and colouring in one page a day! Thank you!!!!!!!

really helpful contract

I think this is a great idea...just THINK the guidelines are a little bit strict, but child is not yet ready, so I may change my mind as we use this.

Oooh, Linda... you do have me thinking about whether there is a way to remove some rules on the colour poster! Let me think about how to make it more flexible! There is a way to do it with some free software, but I would have to do an explainer video to show you how to do it!

One way around it, is to use the colouring in pages instead, and to post them on your wall! Or to sit down with your child and read the little A4 colouring in book ! Ooh, I will reach out to the artist and see if she can turn it into colour A4 pages for me, and then you could make up your own little book of internet safety rules to read together! And leave out the pages that don't work for your child!

I will try to find a way for more flexibility!!!! Thanks, Cath

UPDATE: I have added a version of the poster, colouring pages and fold-up book without words (so you can rewrite them in a way that works better for your family). And the artist is also turning the poster for younger kids into single full-colour pages for me, so you can then individually print out the rules that you want to use!

UPDATE 3 March 2024: Linda, I am about to email you a gift card for being the winner of the monthly draw for leaving a review. Congratulations!
