Sometimes you need more than a quick answer.

Maybe something has happened and you’re not sure how to respond. Maybe you’re worried about what your child has said or asked. Or maybe you simply want someone to help you work out what to do next.

Here are the ways I can help.

First - is there an immediate safety concern?

If your child may be in immediate danger, has been seriously injured, or you are concerned about abuse, coercion or exploitation, please seek appropriate local medical, safeguarding or emergency support.

The options below provide sex education guidance and parent support. They are not a replacement for emergency care, a safeguarding assessment, medical care or therapy.

Parent Coaching When you want help with your specific situation

Sometimes you need to talk through what has happened with someone who understands sex education, child development and the messy reality of parenting.

Parent Coaching gives you one-to-one time with Cath to talk through your concern, work out what matters and decide what you can say or do next.

This may be helpful if:

  • something has happened and you’re unsure how to respond
  • you’re worried about a question or behaviour
  • a conversation hasn’t gone the way you hoped
  • you’re unsure how much information your child needs
  • you want help adapting the conversation to your child
  • you have a situation that doesn’t fit neatly into a guide or resource

Sex Ed Membership When you want ongoing help as your child grows

Sex ed doesn’t stop after one question.

The Sex Ed Membership gives you ongoing support for the questions, conversations and situations that come up as your child grows.
